At least 2 years of experience in risk management, fraud prevention, or a related field. A bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, accounting, or a similar field is a plus.
Candidates will need to be open to ALL shifts – TUE-SAT or SUN-THU or MON-FRI
This position is hybrid and requires availability for varied shifts, including Saturdays and most holidays. Candidates should be prepared for initial on-site training and flexible work scheduling to accommodate business needs.

Job Requirements
- Conduct detailed analysis of customer information, financial behaviors, and transaction data to identify fraud and risk trends.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures within established guidelines for risk mitigation.
- Document processes meticulously, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Provide exemplary service representing the brand, balancing customer empathy with adherence to risk policies.
- These roles will be phone customer facing. Expectation is 15-20 calls per day to customers. These calls will primarily be inbound calls with some required outbound calls. The basis of the calls will be regarding transactional risk payments and collections.
- In-depth knowledge of KYC and KYB procedures.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficient in managing multiple applications and data entry with high accuracy.
