Pay Range : $70 - $75 per hour
This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver’s license .
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Hardware Test Engineer to lead our efforts in implementing test strategies for new products at both the PCBA and system level. The ideal candidate will manage the development and maintenance of test fixtures, hardware requirements, and oversee the Hardware Lab, Test Bed, and Equipment. This role involves significant collaboration with manufacturing and repair facilities to perform failure analysis and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement test strategies for structural and functional testing of new products at the PCBA and System level.
- Participate in Board bring-up, validate processes, create hardware debug guides, and provide debug support.
- Perform failure analysis, lead root cause identification, and apply fixes across manufacturing and repair locations.
- Manage the development of test fixtures and the determination of hardware requirements.
- Oversee the Hardware Lab, Test Bed, and Equipment, ensuring their optimal functionality and efficiency.
