Pay Range : $35- $40.00 per hour

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Workforce Planning Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading the development and execution of systematic workforce planning and prioritization processes to support our global headcount growth. This role requires a forward-thinking mindset and the ability to work closely with functional leadership to develop, manage, and execute a global workforce plan.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create and lead the vision for the development of a systematic workforce planning process.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute initiatives related to global headcount growth and identify process improvements for position management.
  • Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, finance, and HR to drive in-budget / on-target execution of workforce planning.
  • Analyze workforce requirements, report progress against organizational goals, and ensure interlock on workforce plan approvals in a matrixed environment.
  • Drive resolution / mitigation of workforce challenges and lead strategic plan reviews, reporting, and continuous engagement on position prioritization.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and preferred Workday experience.
  • Strong experience in resource planning at a leadership level.
  • Excellent collaboration, influencing, and partnership skills in a global environment.

    • Preferred Industry Experience :

  • Experience in the tech industry or organizations of similar size (~35,000 employees) is appreciated but not mandatory.
