Job Summary :
As the Internal Communications Lead for a global organization, you will be pivotal in developing and executing communications strategies and plans to engage our 12,000 employees worldwide. Your mission is to ensure all company members are well-informed and aligned with key messages, leveraging a variety of communication channels to reach your audience effectively. This temporary position offers the opportunity to lead on multiple fronts, from consulting and planning to creative content creation and strategic dissemination, all aimed at enhancing internal communications and supporting organizational change.
Key Responsibilities :
- Consult with business and function leads to enhance visibility, engagement, and coordination of communications.
- Drive intranet engagement and manage internal editorial calendars to ensure a consistent and effective flow of communication.
- Create a variety of communication deliverables such as presentations, announcements, videos, and articles.
- Implement measurement methods to gather data-based insights, informing communication strategy and alignment with business results.
- Develop communication strategies and plans to support and manage organizational change effectively.
