Job Summary :
Join our dynamic Security Incident Response team as a Seasonal Associate Risk Investigator, focused on safeguarding data and preventing financial fraud across company's services. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining data security standards while collaborating closely with the team to analyze alerts, investigate security incidents, and recommend process improvements. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Hands-on opening and managing of incident tickets.
- Collaborating with team members to review alerts and verify details across various platforms, including security products, logs, and open-source services.
- Creating, organizing, and communicating ticket statuses, including escalations and reports.
- Accurately inputting necessary data into case fields and investigating potential process or procedure violations related to data security.
- Identifying and reporting anomalies, recommending actions, and suggesting process changes to address negative trends.
