Join our dynamic Learning and Development team as a Global Training Program Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our training programs to ensure their effectiveness across the globe. Collaborate with Learning Content Designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create engaging training content and manage the lifecycle of training materials to meet organizational goals. Leverage your skills in instructional design and multimedia tools to develop high-impact learning materials that cater to diverse learning environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with designers and SMEs to develop and refine training programs and materials.
- Manage the update and prioritization of training content, ensuring timely adjustments and enhancements.
- Track and report on the status of training program updates in alignment with established schedules.
- Balance multiple training project updates and requests effectively.
- Support additional tasks and projects related to global learning experiences as needed.
