Duties : Collaboratively maintain core training programs and their collective collateral to ensure accuracy and efficiency in training classrooms around the globeWork closely with a team of Learning Content Designers to develop and implement engaging and effective learning assets and programsWork with SMEs as requiredManage and prioritize training program updates and requests from internal and partner Training staffFollow the established schedule of training program updates, including tracking and communication of changesOther tasks and projects, as assigned by the Manager, Global Learning Experience and Learning Experience Enablement Lead
Skills : Minimum 2-3 years of experience developing learning content using multiple tools for different environments (eLearning with moderate to full interactivity level, instructor-led learning, virtual instructor-led learning, etc.)Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing learning development projectsDemonstrable practice writing effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scriptsSelf-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and Client solutions to unforeseen problemsExceptional written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on accuracy and ability to adapt to different styles and tonesNative or full professional fluency in EnglishPreferred additional fluency in one or more of the following languages : Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, French, SpanishStrong aesthetic, design composition, and typographic abilitiesDemonstrable, intermediate level of proficiency with current versions of : Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere ProArticulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360Proficient working in both Mac and Windows environmentProficient in the use of the Google Suite (Google docs) in a collaborative environmentAble to take on a steep learning curve to quickly become accomplished in additional technologiesA collaborative and learning personality, able to consider direct instruction and constructive criticism with respect to produced workAble to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while consistently delivering high quality resultsAble to work effectively with teammates who live in different time zones and culturesAble to be productive while working outside of an office environment (working from home)
