Job Summary :
We are seeking a Program Manager specializing in IT Infrastructure and Security to lead corporate IT projects of varying sizes and scopes. The ideal candidate will handle company-wide programs from concept to launch, collaborating across teams to manage conflict, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery. This role involves continuous improvement in project planning, execution, and the enhancement of PMO processes, necessitating solid analytical skills and an interest in data integrity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead project team meetings, coordinating actions and communication.
- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project management deliverables.
- Plan and manage large-scale IT projects, anticipating and mitigating risks.
- Develop integrated dashboards for executive reporting from multiple data sources.
- Influence and manage large cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals.

This role requires a motivated self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced setting, with excellent use of Office 365, Zoom, Cisco WebEx, and proficiency in managing complex tool ecosystems. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator capable of handling sensitive issues, with a preference for PMP and Agile certifications.
