- Engage hosts proactively via notifications, messages, and targeted outreach.
- Schedule photo shoots to improve listing performance through high-quality imagery.
- Create business cases to showcase untapped revenue potential for hosts with enhanced availability.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and formulate strategies.
- Proven track record in strategic and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and host engagement.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or tech industries, particularly in platform-based role dynamics, is highly valued for this position.
