Candidates must be located near Ashburn, VA, and able to come into the office at least once per week.

- Support the implementation of Workday Recruiting aligning with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Lead and update on project status in regular stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure compliance and smooth transition to production, including UAT and training support.
- Strong experience in TA project management and process implementation.
- Proficiency in Workday Recruiting environment and implementation.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
