We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Project Manager to be a part of our Talent Acquisition COE.
This role will be a part of our future new Talent Acquisition technology stack. This is a contract position that requires a professional with a strong background in implementation project management, and talent acquisition processes, and best practices. The successful candidate will play an active role in the implementation. This individual will also assist in supporting sub-projects related to the implementation such as clean up, configuration consultation, UAT, and postproduction adoption and change management. This role will also lead PM miscellaneous projects within the TA Optimization team.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Workday Recruiting from the voice of the business, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global talent acquisition teams, technology, and systems teams, to ensure successful project execution
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Participate in regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth transition to production
- Provide training support to end-users and stakeholders as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus in TA operations, recruiting or sourcing
- 3+ years of experience working within a Workday Recruiting environment
- Familiar with AI systems and global requirements
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management frameworks
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Involvement in a Workday Recruiting implementation
- Experience with other Workday modules, candidate engagement
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices
- Knowledge of data migration and integration processes
