Job Summary :
The Talent Acquisition Triage Specialist is crucial for managing and resolving operational issues within the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring a smooth and efficient operational flow. This role is responsible for handling incoming inquiries, streamlining issue intake, coordinating responses across teams, and supporting TA leadership by addressing tactical, operational needs. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between HR, IT, and TA teams to facilitate effective troubleshooting and issue resolution, while also improving processes to minimize future issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary contact for all TA-related issues, including system troubleshooting (Workday, Smart Recruiters) and process inquiries.
- Develop and implement an efficient issue intake and tracking system for comprehensive issue management.
- Utilize project management methodologies (e.g., SCRUM / Agile) to efficiently manage and track issues.
- Collaborate across HR, IT, and TA teams to resolve system errors and candidate issues, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Create and maintain a knowledge base for common issues and solutions, and analyze issue trends for process improvement.
