- Drive the planning and execution processes for technically complex, priority programs.
- Ensure transparent communication regarding progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate coordination and accountability for all project deliverables and roles.
- Manage program budgets effectively and conduct thorough capacity planning.
- Collaborate across multiple technology teams, ensuring cohesive program progression.
- Proven experience in large-scale program management within a globally recognized technology organization.
- Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adaptable to employing Scrum, Kanban, or Scaled Agile frameworks as required.
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of facilitating effective discussions and presentations across diverse teams and senior leadership.
