Job Summary :
Join our Learning & Development team to revolutionize the training experiences of our Customer Success Experts, ensuring their growth and enhancing our product support quality. You'll play a key role in onboarding, developing, and supporting over 20K annual experts efficiently and effectively, leveraging innovation and data insights to uplift our global Expert Network. This role demands a proactive leader dedicated to fostering a continuous learning culture and advancing our strategic learning initiatives through pioneering techniques and strong business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement transformative learning experiences aligned with organizational goals and learner needs.
- Use data analysis and technology to optimize learning pathways and measure outcomes of learning interventions.
- Engage and build trust-based relationships with a variety of stakeholders to drive learning and development initiatives.
- Mentor and coach team members, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in learning practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, exploring and integrating new tools and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
