Job Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Operations & Program Manager to spearhead strategic company-wide programs, driving innovation and excellence through our award programs. This critical role involves leading cross-functional teams, conducting strategic analysis to evaluate business and technology projects, and developing scalable processes to ensure success. The role demands a unique combination of strategic insight, leadership skills, and an ability to execute meticulously, translating complex strategies into compelling narratives that inspire action and drive company-wide behavioral change.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality submissions for awards.
- Balance strategic vision with execution, identifying gaps in submissions and strategizing solutions.
- Craft high-impact communications to drive clarity, engagement, and action throughout the award process.
- Conduct deep strategic research to assess the impact of business, innovation, and technology projects.
- Develop and implement assessment rubrics based on clear metrics, influencing stakeholders with data-driven narratives.
Must-Have Skills :
Industry Experience :
Experience in the software industry is essential, with a preference for candidates who have a background in program management, product management, or a related field. Familiarity with Customer Driven Innovation and Design for Delight techniques will be considered a plus.
