The role involves executing Technical Dress Rehearsals (TDR), including testing, triaging, and troubleshooting of workstations, peripheral devices, and ensuring the seamless integration with Epic software modules. Successful candidates will participate in site visits, device procurement, deployment, and support go-live activities, requiring flexibility in hours worked, including potential weekend shifts.Key Responsibilities : Test workstations and peripheral devices using Epic software modules to ensure optimal functionality.Create, view, and modify Excel worksheets to manage and track troubleshooting processes.Provide detailed documentation on any issues encountered, facilitating efficient resolution.Retest and follow up on issues until successful resolution is achieved.Assist with device readiness activities including labeling and end-user device testing.Must Have Skills : Proven experience with supporting Epic implementations.Strong verbal and written communication skills.IT desktop support or field technician experience (3 years).Industry Experience : Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient environment is required.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
