This entry-level position is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with a strong orientation towards customer service and detail. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR-related inquiries through ServiceNow, ensuring the efficient triage and assignment of tasks to the appropriate teams or individuals.Key Responsibilities : Review and triage tickets and issues submitted through ServiceNow.Assign cases to the appropriate HR contact swiftly and accurately.Offer insights on the organization of the HR Service Catalog in ServiceNow.Assist with the research and tracking of case issues and metrics.Support in decreasing triaging traffic by standardizing self-service support and provide Tier 1 inbound phone support for HR Shared Services.Must-Have Skills : Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.Strong customer service focus and passion for process improvement.Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
