You will play a crucial part in maintaining the reliability and quality of our hands-on labs, leveraging Cisco’s innovative products and solutions to empower IT professionals globally.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Plan, build, and manage expansions within the data center, including rack infrastructure and cable design & management.Ensure robust device network & IP management and issue resolution for infrastructure and network.Conduct asset and capacity management, aligning with vendor and compliance management requirements.Dedicated to maintaining accurate and reliable network documentation as a 'Source of Truth'.Innovate and improve systems, tools, and processes, troubleshooting incidents and maintaining high-level communication.Must Have SkillsCCNP / CCIE Certification, particularly in Routing & Switching (R&S) and Data Center (DC).Strong experience with Cisco Nexus series and Catalyst switches, along with ASA and Firepower Firewalls.Proven ability in dynamic routing with OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP, and solid background in operating and troubleshooting complex networks.Required Experience : Previous work experience in the Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering fields.Domain Experience : Extensive background in Data Center Operations and Production Network Operation roles (5 years).Prior experience in a role requiring deep technical expertise in a data center environment is essential.This role is based on-site in Richardson, Texas, and will collaborate closely with global teams acrossABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
