Job Summary :
In this pivotal role, you will champion the creation and maintenance of a secure environment aligning with our Community Policies by innovating compliant product solutions. Tasked with enforcing standards, managing transparent appeals processes, and scaling systems to business needs, your work directly impacts our mission of fostering trust and belonging. By collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and policy experts, you will guide strategic priorities, enforce policies effectively, and contribute to a safer platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional groups including engineers and policy experts to align on execution and launch successful products.
- Manage the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing solutions that offer the most business value and customer impact.
- Define clear objectives, success metrics, and key results for products under your management.
- Foster alignment across all product teams and senior leadership, ensuring consistent policy application across the platform.
- Evaluate and propose new product opportunities, driving forward solutions that keep data and user needs front and center.
