Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) for a contract position, focusing on implementing our TA tech stack including Workday Recruiting, CRM, Events, and AI.
The role demands expertise in agile project management, a strong background in talent acquisition systems, particularly Workday, and the ability to lead both the implementation and related sub-projects within our TA Optimization team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring alignment with business objectives, optimizing TA processes through technology, and facilitating the successful adoption of new systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation of Workday Recruiting, aligning with business objectives and project goals.
- Serve as a consultant for Workday configuration, testing in line with TA processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Apply agile methodologies for task, sprint, and deliverable management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance and smooth transition to production.
