This role involves collaborating closely with users and teams to enhance operational workflows, defining system specifications based on user requirements, and ensuring applications meet business or clinical needs effectively. The ideal candidate will offer advanced application troubleshooting support, manage application modifications coordination, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of solutions.Key Responsibilities : Install new applications, components, and conduct application upgrades.Provide comprehensive go-live and rollout support, including schedule definition and field support activities coordination.Support users in navigating new applications, modules, and functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and usability.Oversee application modifications analysis and coordinate with appropriate parties for implementation.Create and evaluate test plans and system specifications to meet user requirements effectively.Must-Have Skills : Expertise in application implementation and troubleshooting.Proficient in creating and evaluating system specifications and test plans.Ability to work independently and resolve critical issues promptly.EPIC Cupid Certified RequiredPrior Epic Cupid build experience is strongly preferredKnowledge of the workflow associated with Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiology (including Chat and EP Lab workflows)Willing to learn and work on other Cardiology systems supported by the teamExcellent interpersonal skills with customers, vendors peers and managementAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionEPIC Data Courier knowledgeExperience with any of the following is preferred : Apollo, ISCV, Xcelera, PedCath, PaceArt, GE MacLab / CardioLab, MUSE, CBORD and MedstreamingUnderstanding of DICOM, HL7, IHE and other health related standardsTroubleshooting Cardiology ModalitiesIndustry Experience : Experience in working remotely and in a role that requires coordination of support activities and user assistance is essential.
