Role: Account Executive – Mid-Market (HR Tech)
Location: Dallas, TX (Remote, with U.S. -wide travel)
Reports To: VP of Sales (Global / India HQ)

We’re an emerging HR Technology (HRMS) company expanding into the U.S. market. Our mid-market solution helps companies streamline HR processes with deal sizes ranging from $100K–$200K. We’re hiring our first U.S.-based Account Executive to build new business and attend trade shows, customer meetings, and in-person product demos across the country.
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, enabling them to effectively communicate our offerings and negotiate successful contracts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings based on client feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce, tracking progress against goals.
- Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficient in analyzing market data to inform business development strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
- Experience in warm calling and developing leads through proactive outreach.
- Background in business development, particularly within technology or technical sales sectors.
