What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry-Level Talent Sourcer (Remote) position at Akshar Staffing?

The role of the Talent Sourcer is to help the recruiting team by interviewing and creating resumes for candidates. Previous staffing experience is not required as this is an introductory staffing position with a career pathway into recruiting.

Job Functions :

Conduct interviews with new and existing job applicants.

Assist potential employees throughout the application process.

Conduct and grade skills assessments with job applicants.

Speaking with current employees for re-employment opportunities.

Answer calls and questions of current employees regarding application process.

Provide accurate and thorough documentation on potential employees in company staffing software.

Relationship building with our candidate database.

Assist recruiters in both proactive and reactive recruiting efforts.

Generate professional resumes to submit to our client base.

Required Skills :

Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Fluent in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to learn quickly and follow all processes and procedures.

Accustomed to meeting strict deadlines.

Schedule / Benefits / Compensation :

M-F; Fully Remote

Full Medical, Dental and Vision after 60 days of employment. 401K after 1 year.

PTO and Paid Holidays

16-$19 per hour Depending on Experience
