We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. The candidate must possess a Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow and have specific experience in ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve production problems related to the ServiceNow platform.
Review code, ensure quality standards are met, and provide technical guidance to the development team.
Manage development projects, including planning, scoping, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, proposing enhancements and upgrades.
Coach and mentor junior ServiceNow developers, transferring knowledge and best practices.
Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management modules to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Implement and manage ITOM processes, including event management, discovery, and service mapping.
Optimize asset management processes within ServiceNow to track and manage IT assets effectively.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience with ServiceNow platform development, including scripting languages and architecture.
