Job Title: Accounts Manager
- Job Type: Salaried, Full-Time, Exempt
- Reports To: CEO
COMPENSATION: Up to $ 140,000 per year
- Base Salary: $104,000 per year
- Performance Bonus: Up to $36,000 per year (earned and paid monthly)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the accounts Team, Prepare accurate financial statements and reporting for internal and external stakeholders (incl. County Medi-Cal contracts, Bank compliance, ESOP)
- Conduct line-item analysis to determine areas to reduce costs and set proper budgets, then implement the business processes to actually realize these savings for the company
- Develop and implement efficient processes for key financial operations: AP, bookkeeping, reconciliation, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required) or Master's Degree (preferred) in a relevant field (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Business Administration)
Experience:
- 2 years of relevant Healthcare / Medi-Cal financial experience (preferred)
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting (required)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for precision
- Takes initiative to complete tasks within the deadline
