Rate Range: $96/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1b
Must have:
1. Large enterprise MS365 migration
2. In-depth experience using various scripting languages such as Powershell
3. Experience working with Azure Graph API for complex integrations
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Specialist. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level messaging and collaboration technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex migrations, scripting, and cross-functional collaboration within large organizations.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with migration tools like Microsoft Migration Manager.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint and OneDrive permission models.
- Expertise in SSO integrations and Azure AD.
- Perform complex migrations, including:
- Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendars) to Microsoft 365.
- Box custom apps and published apps to M365 Azure Graph API.
- Google GCP Projects to M365 Azure Graph API.
- Configure and manage:
- Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint Sites, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
- SSO integrations and associated permission models.
- Utilize advanced scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) to automate and streamline migration and integration processes.
- Employ tools such as Microsoft Migration Manager or similar to execute seamless data transfers.
- 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and integrating enterprise messaging and collaboration solutions.
- 3 years of project management experience for large IT initiatives.
- Hands-on experience working with APIs, scripting, and cloud-based environments, including:
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD).
- Box and Google GCP Projects (including API permissions and domain-wide delegation models).
- Proven ability to execute migrations for 100 users within large enterprise environments.
Basic Qualifications

- Google GCP Projects, API permissions, and domain-wide delegation.
- Demonstrated ability to perform:
- Migrations of Box custom and published apps to M365 Azure Graph API.
- Complex migrations of Google Workspace Drive, Gmail, and Calendars for 100 users.
- Migrations of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) projects to M365 Azure Graph API.
- 5 years of progressive experience in an IT-related field, with a focus on enterprise-level technologies.
- 5 years of proven experience in designing, implementing, and integrating enterprise messaging and collaboration solutions.\
- 3 years of project management experience leading large-scale IT initiatives.
- 3 years of experience managing and directing suppliers in an outsourced environment.
- Expertise in migrating, consolidating, and optimizing platforms such as Google Workspace/G-Suite, Box, and other collaboration tools into Microsoft-based ecosystems, including work with complex APIs.
- Advanced proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell for automation and integration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Migration Manager or similar migration tools.
