GWS Migration Engineer
Location: Orlando, FL
Contract: 10 months
About the Role:
Moorecroft is hiring a GWS Migration Engineer with enterprise MS365 migration experience for our client in Orlando.
Experience:
- 5 years in IT, with enterprise Messaging and Collaboration technologies
- 3 years managing large IT projects and directing outsourced suppliers
- Hands-on experience migrating Google Workspace, Box, and other collaboration platforms to Microsoft toolsets
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Migration Manager or similar tools
- Deep understanding of Box custom apps, API integrations, and SSO setups
- Knowledge of Azure AD, SharePoint, and OneDrive permission models
- Complex migrations of Google Workspace Drive, Gmail, and Calendars
Soft Skills:
- Strong customer focus, technical analysis, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Team player with experience coordinating across virtual teams
