We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director - Business Development - IT Staffing (Texas Region) to help us grow our client base in the Austin / Dallas area.
Position Overview
Director - Business Development will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth in the Austin / Dallas market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT staffing and sales.
This is an individual contributor role with Sales targets. Potential to earn over 250k with bonus and no upper limit on commission. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our Texas expansion, with significant autonomy and growth potential.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in business development and sales related experience in IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Austin / Dallas area to meet with clients as needed.
- Established relationships with IT executives that can be leveraged to drive initial business opportunities.
