Job Title: Dining Attendant
Overview: Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dining Attendant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Assist food servers in delivering friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Table Clearing and Resetting: Clear, clean, and reset tables according to established procedures, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Supply Management: Receive and restock supplies delivered from the main warehouse, responsible for dry storage, liquor room, coolers, freezers, and bar inventory.
- Inventory Control: Place orders with the main warehouse, including beverages, food, and dry items, maintaining adequate inventory levels at assigned areas.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Complete assigned cleaning and maintenance tasks according to Food and Beverage (F&B) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring all areas are clean and properly stocked.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent, one to three months related experience. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Effective communication skills to present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Physical Demands: Regularly stand, frequently walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear. Occasionally reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and taste or smell. Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment: Frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. Occasionally exposed to extreme heat. Moderate noise level in the work environment.
