Responsibilities:
- Contact existing and potential clients to schedule appointments for insurance reviews, policy updates, and new applications
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and follow-up calls
- Assist the sales team by ensuring their calendars are well-organized and full
- Provide friendly and professional customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and people skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated
- Comfortable making outbound calls (training provided)
