Job Summary
- Compiles and maintains Accounts Receivable records.
General Accountabilities
- Checks and approves all invoices for payment.
- Accounts for and transmits all invoicing to customers.
- Prepares invoice deduction notices as necessary.
- Answers vendor inquiries.
- Analyzes vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors.
- Compiles accounts receivable reports.
- Maintains all accounts receivable files.
- Prepares analysis of accounts.
- Assists in monthly closings.
- Assists with special projects as necessary.

Job Qualifications
- Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required.
- Experience: 2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Construction industry experience highly preferred.
