20-25 hours / week – Flexibility in days and hours
25.00 - $27.00 / hour

Responsibilities for the Finance and Operations Specialist :
Manage and maintain financial records in QuickBooks
Process accounts payable and receivable, including reconciling invoices and payments
Oversee daily administrative tasks to support smooth business operations
Organize and maintain digital filing systems for financial and operational records
Requirements for the Finance and Operations Specialist :
Experience in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite
Experience with administrative and client support
