Alaant is recruiting a Member Relations Manager to join our clients team! The Member Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in promoting the use of masonry in construction within the Upstate NY Region, targeting key stakeholders including architects, engineers, educational programs.
This position is responsible for driving awareness of masonrys benefits, with an emphasis on union masonry contractors, through strategic marketing, relationship-building, and workforce development initiatives. The role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly blend technical expertise with community engagement and talent recruitment efforts.

- Responsibilities for the Member Relations Manager role :
- Lead efforts to market masonry solutions to architects, engineers, educational institutions highlighting the value of masonry construction.
- Oversee the design and production of all marketing materials, including brochures, websites, advertising, and trade show displays, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Lead outreach programs targeting CTE (Career and Technical Education) schools, organizing promotional events like masonry hands-on showcases.
- Develop and share relevant industry information, including news, legislative updates, and new business opportunities, with stakeholders.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders such as educational institutions, architects, engineering firms.
- Requirements for the Member Relations Manager role :
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a member relationship related role
- Self-motivated and energetic, with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to travel up to 75% within the state for various industry-related training or meetings.
- Must have a reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
