What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Pastor of Discipleship & Students position at Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions?
Flint Hill Baptist is seeking to hire a full-time Associate Pastor of Discipleship & Students. God’s person for this position must be a devoted follower of Jesus who is personally committed to The Great Commandment (Matthew 22:24-40) and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).

Discipleship:
- Supporting, developing, and encouraging all small group Bibles studies. This will include Life Groups on Sunday morning for all ages and seasonal Bibles studies for men, women, and students.
- Leading our fellowship to become engaged in missional activities in our community, state, nation, and world.
- Leading, developing, and cultivating ministries for middle school, high school, and college/career age groups.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Bible College Degree (Required)
- Master’s Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Student Ministry
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading Discipleship ministries in a local church
