What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Cook Cashier position at ALABAMA-COUSHATTA TRIBE OF TEXAS TRIBAL ECONO?
Under the direction of the Café & Deli Manager, the Cook/Cashier is responsible for actively training and mentoring Team Members in accordance to Naskila guest service standards, the standard operating procedures of the department, safety, and sanitation expectations. This position will provide a layer of accountability, support, and knowledge to the team while ensuring exceptional guest service is provided.
REQUIRED:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Experience using POS and handling cash.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a restaurant setting.
PREFERRED:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a leadership role.
- Food handlers/SafeServe certification.
Swing/Overnight shift hours including weekends and holidays.
