Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee fencing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience managing crews, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage fencing projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Supervise and support crews, maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Communicate daily with Operations and Sales Managers to align project goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Oversee materials and job site logistics to minimize waste and delays.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, construction, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to organize workflows, schedules, and budgets effectively.
- Knowledge of material management and job site coordination.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
