- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to surgery scheduling.
- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of care plans for surgical patients.
- Perform general office management tasks as needed to support the surgical team.
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred, particularly in roles involving surgery scheduling or patient coordination.
