Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Inbound Marketing and SEO:
- Develop and execute comprehensive inbound marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert visitors into customers.
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, MOZ, and SpyFu to monitor and analyze search performance.
- Content Strategy and Creation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive inbound marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert visitors into customers.
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, MOZ, and SpyFu to monitor and analyze search performance.
- Social Media Management:
- Support Social and PR teams to develop and execute social media strategies to grow our audience, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
- Manage daily digital content operations and adapt to shifting priorities as needed.
- Implement brand voice standards across all content and platforms.
- Campaign Management and Analytics
- Support Marketing Ops teams to plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve specific marketing objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance using website analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to continuously refine strategies.
- Conduct experiments and conversion tests to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Web Management and UX Design
- Manage the organization's web presence, including periodic redesigns and ensuring timely updates.
- Optimize conversion points and user funnels.
- Coordinate with IT and web support vendors for website maintenance and improvements.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Level of Supervision: No [may manage vendors and contractors]

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education and Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on inbound marketing, content marketing, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and search analytics.
- Proficiency in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with CRM tools such as Dynamics365, Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with frontend development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
Other Requirements
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and search analytics.
- Proficient with frontend development code bases—primarily HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Familiarity with related tools such as:
- Google Analytics & Search Console
- Hootsuite, Sprout Social, MOZ
- SpyFu
- Emma, Constant Contact
- Dynamics365, Hubspot, or Salesforce.
- Wordpress, Drupal, Shopify
- Effective project management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
- Sitting for long periods of time (4-6hrs) behind a desk.
- Walking, climbing (stairs) to access other departments.
- Feeling, Wrist Movements, Seeing, reading to operate computer terminal, office equipment, and handle various documents.

Expected Hours of Work: 40 per week M-F (some evening/weekend hours)
