Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our corporate team. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage social media content, and create engaging digital and print media to enhance brand awareness.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage the social media calendar and create content, including posts, videos, and graphics, for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor social media trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
- Develop compelling content, including photography, video, and graphics, that aligns with brand messaging.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Conduct regular audits of social media channels to ensure branding consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and public relations.
- Capture high-quality company headshots and other photography needs, ensuring brand consistency and professional presentation across all platforms.
- Maintain and update marketing materials (e.g., brochures, banners, digital assets) and assist with the design, setup, and breakdown of company booths at conferences and events.

If you're suitable for this role, you have:
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the government contracting space.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling.
- Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics or similar tools to inform strategy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in photography or graphic design.
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
