Job Description:
A Stone Fabrication company is looking for a motivated and experienced CNC Programmer/Operator to join our team immediately.
Full time, 1st shift. 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon-Thurs. Overtime based on current workload.
Starting pay negotiable based on experience.

Duties and details of the position include:
Two or more years of CNC programming experience or an Associate’s degree in CNC programming are required.
Determine best cutting strategy from program to program.
Chooses correct cutting tools for the job.
Complex problem-solving skills.
Dependability and timeliness are necessary traits.
Must be organized and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Easily adapt to new tasks to accommodate assertive schedules.
Operate among team atmosphere working alongside others.
Upload programs and operate CNC Machines.
CNC Machining skills and knowledge.
AutoCAD and/or Mastercam programming experience required.
Ability to read shop drawings, use various patterns, and understand terminology.
Pre-employment drug screening is required.

Summary:
As a CNC Machine Programmer/Operator, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts according to specifications. Reporting to the Production Manager, your role is vital in ensuring manufacturing efficiency and quality control. Utilizing your core skills in blueprint reading and precision measuring instruments, along with premium skills in CNC programming and CAM programming, you will contribute to the production process in a manufacturing facility. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of accuracy and safety while working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
