Key Role Overview:
As a lead food service worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our dining services team. Your leadership skills and experience will enable you to lead daily operations on-site and guarantee quality food preparation and service.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Supervise and train food service staff to ensure seamless meal service operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and customers to ensure a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute special events and projects.
Qualifications:
Essential qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in food service or hospitality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- ServSafe certification.
