Senior Civil Engineer
Overview:
You’ll plan, design, and oversee high-stakes civil projects for federal projects. We’re seeking strong civil design skills and excellent project management.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.
- Design Excellence: Use AutoCAD and advanced design tools to create detailed engineering plans, diagrams, and visual aids.
- Team & Client Management: Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee project documentation, contract administration, workload forecasting, and site visits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- 5-15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering project management and design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Preferred: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
