Job Title: Part Time Janitor/Custodian
The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to provide custodial services to the Haleakalā National Park Summit District in Maui, Hawai'i.
Description of Responsibilities
- Provide basic cleaning services including trash and recycling removal
- Maintain cleanliness of mirrors, drinking fountains, and general areas
- Disinfect restrooms, floors, and surfaces
- Clean and disinfect toilet bowls, urinals, and other fixtures
- Stock restroom supplies and perform graffiti removal as needed
- Assist with special events and emergency cleaning services
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Two years of custodial work experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Efficient time management skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
