What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Alakazam?
Alakazam is a young fast growing Managed IT company that is looking for someone to assist the CEO in his daily organization. We are looking for someone who is clean and well organized. Your primary tasks will be to:
- Assist the CEO with his calendar and Email.
- Assist with daily duties and accomplishments.
- Communicate through verbal and written correspondence.
- Attend networking events
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
