Position Opportunity 

The Janitor for the exterior–will support and clean the exterior of the company’s facilities. This role will provide support to the other teammates from the sanitation team to ensure the exterior of the facilities meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. The Janitor will ensure the facilities exteriors are clean and to the company’s expectations, they will also collaborate with their sanitation team. The Janitor will be required to drive to all locations throughout the day. 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities 

Responsibilities for worth:

• Pick up trash from the parking lot 
• Pickup cigar butts from the outside 
• Clean the outside office door 
• Pick up the trash from the trash containers
• Clean the area near the dumpster
• Make sure the outside of trailer docks is clean 
• Make sure the outside of Norton Russ is clean. 
• Remove cobwebs that are seen 
• Check that doors lock 

Responsibilities for Plantation: 

• Clean the outside office door 
• Clean the outside of the employee entrance door 
• Pick up trash from the parking lot
• Pick up trash from the trash containers 
• Check if we have any trees/ bushes that are touching the building 
• Remove cobwebs that are seen
• Check that doors lock  
• Pickup cigar butts from the outside 

Responsibilities for Cedar Crest

• Pick up the trash from the parking lot 
• Check the area of the dumpsters and make sure it is clean, and trash is not on the floor
• Clean the brown tables that are outside 
• Clean the outside of the windows that are reachable
• Remove cobwebs that are seen 
• Check that doors lock 
• Make sure the outside of trailer docks is clean

Responsibilities for Aerosol D

• Pick up trash from the parking lot 
• Pickup cigar butts from the outside 
• Clean the outside doors 
• Pick up the trash from the trash containers
• Clean the area near the dumpster
• Make sure the outside of trailer docks is clean 
• Remove cobwebs that are seen 
• Check that doors lock 

Qualifications

Education/Training/Certifications: 

• Must know how to read
• Must know how to write

Related Experience: 

Knowledge/Skills Experience: 

• Knowledge of food safety and industry standards
• Problem solving
• Strong communication

Travel Requirements: 

•  Candidates will be required to use their own vehicle; therefore reliable transportation will be required.  Milage will be reimbursed for travel between facilities.
