Job Summary and Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible for coordinating all aspects of the hiring and on-boarding process for new employees. Works closely with a team of Sr. TA Specialist and hiring leaders across the Alamo Colleges District in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. Provides direct services to customers or supports others with advanced administrative and super user support services by one or more of the following : Assisting with employment related information, analytic, or diagnostic services that support decision-making or action taken by management or professional staff. Applying advanced vocational-technical skills on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a function or unit achieves its goals. As a main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TA Specialist) will help obtain top talent through a fair and efficient hiring process, while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
- Two years of related experience in HR / Talent Acquisition.
