Minimum Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent, or two years of work experience conducting training can be substituted for a degree on year for year basis plus a certificate indicating formalized training in one of the training discipline areas or experience demonstrating proficiency equivalent to pertinent certificate. Certificate must be equivalent to one year of classroom and/or on the job training
- Five years of experience conducting training in addition to any used to satisfy the education requirement stated above.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prefer a valid driver license and ability to be insured by the organization’s insurers.
