We are currently seeking an experienced human resources director to head our HR department. The human resources director will manage HR operations by recruiting, selecting, and orienting. The HR director promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs and directing staff training, counseling, and disciplining staff. The human resources director will also take the lead in developing organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in an HR role and experience leading international teams. This role will work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives align with business objectives and help create a positive and productive workplace culture.

Human Resources Director Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage performance management programs, including employee evaluations, coaching, and development.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable programs.
- Manage employee training and development programs to foster continuous growth and skills enhancement.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred
- Seven or more years of HR experience required
- Current or previous experience in an HR Manager role in a large (300 employee)
- PHR/SPHR preferred
- Bi-lingual candidate required - (Spanish, English)
- Pay to be determined based on experience.
