Position Summary:
The overall responsibility of this position includes being a resource to Morbark Dealers and Customers with Parts orders and issues. This position reports to the Florida Store Branch Manager.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Support Customers in solving Parts issues with Morbark, Rayco, and Boxer equipment.
- Calling on customers in assigned territory for part sales.
- Identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities.
- Following up on new leads and maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Work with the sales team and distributors to clarify the exact requirements of all special orders.
- Accountable for resolving customer issues.
- Assisting with account receivables collections.
- Communicate changes of delivery to dealers, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop processes that positively impact the department and provide growth strategies.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner including, but not limited to, all paperwork and expense reporting requirements.
- Able to travel regionally.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills, both verbal and written. Good grammar usage and persuasive skills. Excellent customer service skills required.
- Able to plan, prioritize and organize own work schedule and that of subordinates/sales force.
- Able to travel frequently to various territories and/or dealer sites. Must have an insurable driving record.
- Able to work overtime as needed to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Ability to motivate and instill confidence in others through strong leadership skills and positive thinking.
- Technology – Ability to enter customer information in CRM database, advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications a plus, advanced knowledge of accounting and reporting software – JD Edwards a plus
- Ability to multi-task and have the foresight to plan and delegate accordingly.
- Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- This position requires a valid driver license and ability to meet requirements of the Company Driver Policy; Morbark will review motor vehicle records annually for all employees for whom driving a motor vehicle is an essential job function or when employees must obtain and drive rental vehicles during the course of conducting company business.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in an equipment use industry.
- 3 years of experience with parts sales and aftermarket services.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Compensation: Salary Plus Commission
