We offer a competitive base salary with an aggressive commission structure, making it possible for you to earn between $90,000.00 and $250,000.00 per year! What You’ll Do :
Generate Leads : Knock on doors, ask for referrals, and network like a pro to create your own leads.
Close Deals : Handle and close company-generated leads with finesse and professionalism.
Stay Sharp : Attend all sales meetings and training sessions, and work closely with our awesome support team.
Inspect & Advise : Perform thorough roof and property inspections, and meet with insurance adjusters.
Offer Solutions : Present homeowners with top-notch roofing solutions tailored to their needs.
Manage Projects : Close sales, manage your projects, and maintain constant, professional communication with homeowners.
Use Tech : Embrace our company software systems to keep everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For :
Transportation : You need your own reliable wheels, We do have opportunities for a company vehicle.
Experience : 2 years of sales experience is desired, but your drive and enthusiasm matter most.
Physical Ability : No restrictions on climbing ladders or working in the sun – we need you at your best.
Time Management : Superior organizational skills are a must.
Independence : You’re self-driven, proactive, and can work independently to smash your goals.
Job Types : Full-time W2
Schedule : Day shifts and evening shifts. Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
